To celebrate being named World’s Best Low-Cost Airline at Skytrax’s 2010 World Airline Awards, AirAsia is offering incredible savings across the AirAsia X long-haul network, for flights between 11 October and 14 November 2010.

This is great, but as a point to point carrier what happens is one leg of your flight is cancelled?

There’s always a small risk that you could be caught by a delayed or cancelled flight. It’s the risk you take. We recommend leaving a large window – at least 4 hours but ideally overnight – to allow for any delays. Or you can take the $2000+ option with a traditional carrier
